Day 13: Make Sure to Track

Today was a good example of WHY you should keep track of what you eat throughout the day. I thought I was down a meal and tried to squeeze one last one in before going to bed...but after writing this post, I realize that I had one too many. Which is too bad because I wasn't even that hungry when I had to have the last meal.

Here's what I ate today:

9:00 MF PANCAKES with spiced pancakes and blueberry soft bake


12:00 LEAN AND GREEN Leftover Sunday Brunch Bake, Red peppers, and mushrooms


2:00 MF BAR Chocolate

5:00 MF SHAKE Dutch Chocolate

6:45 MF ZITI MARANARA. Still my absolute favorite. This time I added more water to make it more of a soup.

8:45 MF BAR S'more

9:45 MF COOKIE. Tried to bake this with in the oven with PB2. Still not my favorite. Still trying to find the best way to cook the cookies.
