Day 16: Simple Meal, Simply Satisfying

Here's What I ate today:

7:00 MF CHILI with laughing cow



11:00 MF SHAKE Berry

1:30 MF BAR Cinnamon Roll Crunch

3:30 MF SHAKE Berry (again, I know, but it was yummy earlier and I wanted it again)


7:00 LEAN AND GREEN Tuna Salad ....Salad. This was so tasty. I am so glad to discover I can have tuna and a little light dressing. Will be a regular meal for me. Don't even need any dressing.

9:00 MF BAR Chocolate Mint Bar
