Shake Cake

I have a few strawberry shakes left so I thought I would give this one a try. It wasn't bad. Definitely better with the icing on top. However, don't try to save any for later. For some reason they begin to shrink over time. The one right out of the oven was pretty good though. (The one in the fridge I ended up throwing away.)



Shake Cake

Ingredients:
1 Shake packet (1 Meal)
1/4 tsp baking powder (0.5 Condiment)
2 tbsp egg beaters
2 tbsp water

Optional
1 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese (1 Condiment)
1/2 packet Splenda (0.5 Condiment)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Bake in a ramekin or muffin cup for 15 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Combine cream cheese and splenda. Spread on cake. Enjoy!
