Day 1: Didn't feel Hungry

This is a good sign. I didn't feel like I was starving myself today. YAY! I did however, realize I subconsciously reach for those fruit snacks or take a bite out of the kid's meals while I prepare them. Nothing actually went into my mouth that shouldn't, but a few things came close. Here is what I ate today.

9:30 Dutch Chocolate Shake (I mixed it the night before and put it in the fridge to cool. Blended it with ice the next day and let it sit a while. Seemed pretty good.

Just realizing I only had 5 meals. Guess I need one more. Cookie here I come.
