Day 20: Dinner at the In-Laws

Had my first day away from home, where someone else chose the meal. Hmm. Was it okay? Yes. Because, last minute I texted my coach to see if we could eat ham. Luckily, we can have 5 oz. Phew.


8:00 MF PANCAKES Made with Spiced pancakes and oatmeal. Not a good idea! They looked very pretty, but do not taste very good at all. Yuck! Ate them anyway, cause I'm not going to waste a dime of my money. But won't make that again.


11:00 MF SHAKE Chocolate

2:00 MF ZITI. Ate this happily while two scowling faces looked at me in disgust. Not sure why they thought it looked bad. It's one of my favorites. Noodles, meat, and marinara sauce. It's like spaghetti with less noodles.

5:30 LEAN AND GREEN Ham, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and salad. Thanks to my Mother-in-law for making something compatible with my new health plan.
