Day 21: Split the Lean and Green

Today I was super hungry so I decided to split my Lean and Green meal. Worked wonders and I actually got my baby girl to eat raw broccoli and cottage cheese. Nice changes are happening everywhere.

Here's what I ate today:

8:00 MF Pretzels


10:30 MF SMOOTHIE Pineapple Mango (without ice... wouldn't recommend it)

1:00 1/2 LEAN AND GREEN and 1/2 MF BAR Cottage cheese, veggies, and 1/2 caramel crunch bar. It was the perfect amount of food for the middle of the day.

3:30 MF CHILI with Laughing cow cheese. Sure love that cheese!

6:00 1/2 LEAN AND GREEN and 1/2 MF BAR One cup egg whites, 1 cup veggies, and 1/2 caramel crunch bar. I have discovered that I just can't eat plain egg whites. I have to have a least one yoke in there.

9:00 MF BAR Chocolate. My husband thinks it stinks. Not sure why.
