Day 22: Only One Week Left on the Challenge

I can't believe we only have one week left on the challenge. I have really enjoyed watching the lbs fly. Here's proof that I have lost a few pounds over the last three weeks. Before and after scale.


Here's what I ate today:

8:00 MF PANCAKES The other half of the yucky pancakes, but I can't let them go to waste.

11:45 MF SHAKE Berry. Taught preschool and kids stayed a little long. Didn't realize the time went by so fast. 

2:00 MF SLOPPY JOES on lettuce (the only way to eat it). No laughing cow today though.
