I was craving a lot of bread today so I made some interesting meals for myself.
Here's what I ate today:
8:00 MF PANCAKES, turned into french toast sticks with sugar free syrup. Added 1/4 cup egg whites to the mix and microwaved for 2 minutes. Then I cut the bread in slices, dipped it in additional egg whites and cinnamon and toasted it on the stove. (first set of egg whites and the cinnamon counts as 2 condiments, the second egg whites were part of my lean for the day).
10:00 MF SHAKE Berry
12:00 MF SLOPPY JOES on lettuce with Laughing Cow cheese
3:00 MF SOUP Chicken and Wild Rice (still don't love it, but it wasn't as bad this time around. Still have a few left)
6:00 LEAN AND GREEN Chicken sandwich with revolution rolls and veggies. Wished I had a tomato. Would have made the meal perfect. Added light mayo for dressing on the sandwich along with some ketchup (ever so lightly). I liked the taste and texture of the rolls, but they smell too much like eggs. Was hard to ignore that. Wish I knew a way to get rid of the smell. The recipe from Sandy's Kitchen made 3 servings (2 rolls each).
9:00 MF Brownie Mix (not cooked)/. You can taste the chocolate chips better that way.
