DAY 26: HOT WINGS ...ready for the Super Bowl

Many people have asked about the super bowl and what they could bring to the football party and the Creamy Buffalo Chicken Bake was a popular response so I thought I would give it a try. Was VERY pleased. In fact, it didn't feel like I was "dieting" at all. Man I love this program!

Also, I sneaked a look at the scale today (trying to hold back more and more) and I was pleasantly surprised to see 151.4. I started at 167 and in just 3 1/2 weeks I am down 15.6 lbs. Feeling SO awesome and actually getting a lot of support from my husband. Makes me happy!

Here's What I Ate Today:

9:45 MF SMOOTHIE Pineapple Mango (so good if you soak it overnight and make sure you have the ice for it. This picture doesn't do it justice because I didn't put enough ice in it yet. Tasted it and decided to add more. It was worth it.

12:45 MF BAR Chocolate

2:50 MF BAR S'mores

6:15 LEAN AND GREEN Creamy Buffalo Chicken Bake recipe from Sandy's Kitchen. Also had cauliflower rice which was very satisfying. Can't tell you if it had a flavor because it was doused in spicy hot wing sauce. Yum.

8:00 MF BAR Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip (of course  you only get one, but this is the photo I have. This is the first time having a chewy bar and I actually like them. I taste tested them before I started and thought. . . wow, that's dense/rich/etc. Now that I crave a late night snack, this is actually a good one to have on hand when I want some sort of dessert.

10:00 MF RECIPE PB Chocolate Pie. (Another one from when I made the recipe yesterday. The recipe makes 8 and you keep them in your freezer). Can you tell I am in the mood for peanut butter right now?
