Day 29: struggling, but still on plan

The 28 day challenge is now over and for some reason I feel a little weaker when it comes to being perfect at this. I noticed that I struggled to eat every 2-3 hours. I felt kind of mopey, but that could be for other reasons outside of the diet. I am still doing the 3 month challenge so I should focus on that now.

Here's what I ate today:

8:00 MF BAR Cinnamon roll crunch. Good bar for morning meals. Reminds me of a certain cereals I had as a kid.


10:00 MF COOKIE as batter. Someone suggested I try it this way. It was better, but I would still like a crunchy cookie one of these days.


2:00 MF RECIPE Tomato mix with 1/4 cup egg whites. The recipe suggested cooking it in a sandwich maker, but I don't have one of those so I improvised and used a waffle maker. Added a slice of cheese (1/3 lean) and enjoyed. I agreed with Sandy's kitchen. Not really the best option for bread. Maybe the cream of broccoli or something would be better. Wasn't bad though.


6:00 LEAN AND GREEN Super simple and very delicious. Added some spicy steak seasoning to the pork slices and cooked in a skillet. Added a side of asparagus boiled, then seared on the skillet with garlic powder and a tiny bit of salt, and some lettuce with approved ranch dressing as my healthy fat. Good meal! Very satisfying.
