Day 11: Changing for the Better

I feel like things are really changing for the better during this whole excursion. Usually for diets, I find myself dying of hunger often and pining for the things I can not have. With the Take Shape for Life program, I really feel like it is instilling new and healthy habits within me. I love making meals with lots of veggies in it. I love eating six times a day. I love having structure to the way I eat. Overall, I seem a lot more in control of myself and my eating habits. This is really working for me.

Here's what I ate today:

9:00 MF PANCAKES. Blueberry soft bake and spiced pancakes make a great option for breakfast.


11:00 MF BAR (can't remember which one)

1:00 MF BAR (can't remember which one)


3:00 MF SLOPPY JOES. I used a wedge of lettuce and a wedge of Laughing Cow spicy . It was okay. Better than plain, but the choice in laughing cow was not spot on. The crunch of the lettuce was delightful though.

6:30 LEAN AND GREEN. Leftovers from the past few days. Cauliflower bake and spaghetti with tofu noodles. The tofu noodles the second day weren't that great. I think I was REALLY hungry the first night and overlooks the difference in texture.

10:30 MF BROWNIE. I like this with a tiny spoon and not in the container I cooked it in. For some reason it is WAY better that way.
