Pie Custard
Slightly adapted from New Beautiful Me's Egg Custard by Sandy's Kitchen
Ingredients:

package of MF Vanilla pudding (1 Meal)
1 egg white
1 egg white
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract (1/2 Condiment)
1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice (1 Condiment)
1
packet Splenda (1 Condiment)
1/2 cup
water
Directions:
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Spray a ramekin with cooking spray. Mix all
ingredients in a blender. Pour into prepared
ramekin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Serve warm or
refrigerate overnight. I placed it in the fridge overnight.
