Day 8: The "Two Separate Meals" Whoa's

The hardest part about this program is that I am the only one doing it in my family. I knew what I was getting into when I started, but I've discovered two problems with this scenario. First of all, whenever I pull out a MF Bar, the kids want one too. Second of all, the AWESOME meals I have for dinner are rarely ever liked by my little babies. I just can't get them to eat veggies, so dinner is one big fight over eating or not eating. Today I even made something totally just for them, and they still wouldn't eat. Man. What do I do now? I'll keep trying I guess.

Here's what I ate today.

9:00 MF SHAKE. Dutch Chocolate with no ice. Didn't have time, but at least it sat overnight in the fridge. Wasn't too bad.

11:30 MF BAR. Cinnamon Roll Crunch. For some reason my body was rejecting this bar today. I think it's good, but I was having that slight gag reflex when I tried it. Hmm.

2:30 MF VEGETARIAN CHILI. I overcooked this one so I had to add some water back in. Surprisingly it was the first time it REALLY resembled a basic chili. The meat still tastes very fake. Vegan maybe?

4:30 MF SOFT BAKE Chocolate Chip. Used one extra tbsp of water, cooked at 50% for 2 min. Then high for 1 min. Let sit. Was a little thin, but tasted more like a cookie this time.

7:00 LEAN AND GREEN Chicken Salad with 2 tbsp dressing.

9:30 MF BAR Caramel Nut Maintenance Bar
