9:30 MF PANCAKES Made from a mix of spice pancakes and blueberry muffin soft bake. They are yummy. Way better than either option by itself. Added a little sugar free syrup as well.
12:00 MF ZITI (I didn't let it soak as long this time and just cooked it for three minutes. It was a little bit soupy, but I wanted it that way. Feeling VERY hungry today.
4:00 MF Cinnamon Pretzels
7:30 LEAN AND GREEN: Cauliflower Bake. A recipe given to me from my coach. This one hit the spot on a day where I didn't want meat again. It had cheese, grated cauliflower, some seasonings, and cottage cheese. It was tasty, but I don't think I can get my family to eat it. Not as a main dish at least. (I took a picture of it, but it got deleted. Sorry. It was a lot of WARM yummy food.
9:30 MF BAR Chocolate Mint. I've discovered I have to have my sweet something at night. It just feels wrong if I don't.
