Really Good Maple Pancakes


This is my favorite way to eat Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal. I actually leave out the splenda and don't use the pancake syrup (doesn't really need it and it saves you 2 condiments)

Really Good Maple Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 MF Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal (1 meal)
1/4 tsp baking powder (1/2 condiment)
1 tablespoon egg beaters
1 packet splenda (1 condiment - optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (1/2 condiment)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons Walden Farms pancake syrup (1 condiment) Optional

Directions:
Combine ingredients to form pancake batter. I actually used a little more water than 1just 1/4 cup because I thought the batter was too thick. Spray a non-stick skillet with Pam over medium-high heat. Pour pancake batter in pan. Brown on one side and then flip the pancake over to brown the other side.
